Our goal is to improve and maintain your brain and body health and empower you to reach your highest mental and wellness capacity.  Dr. Eads personally analyzes your lab results and determines your individualized ReCODE-based Alzheimer's and chronic disease prevention plan.  She walks alongside you in your journey to optimal cognitive and physical well-being with repeat testing, analysis, and adjustment of your personalized prevention plan. How We Help

image836

Phase I - Curiosity Status Evaluation

For those who want to uncover their overall health status, with a focus on decreasing future risk of developing Alzheimer's, heart attacks and strokes, while optimizing brain function and bodily health.  This phase involves extensive specific testing to help reveal your unique current state of health and future causes of potential deterioration.  Your personalized prevention recommendations encourage excellent overall health, high quality of life, and decreased risk of heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and cancer, in addition to optimized brain fitness.

For those most concerned of cognitive compromise, this program is designed for people who have not yet progressed to Alzheimer's.  This includes those with no signs of cognitive decline, with minimal memory or cognitive impairment, and mild cognitive impairment.  Individuals in these pre-Alzheimer's states have a high probability of preventing progression to Alzheimer's and even regaining normal cognition by implementing this program.

Phase II - Retest and Adjust

For those who have already completed Phase I and desire accountability, feedback and refinement in their journey to achieve optimal health, quality of life, and brain function while simultaneously reducing their risk of debilitating diseases.  This phase involves following your progress over time by retesting cognitive function and lab evaluations, and adjusting your personalized intervention recommendations based on those findings.  This is particularly helpful for those with high risk of developing Alzheimer's, heart attack or stroke based on family history and suboptimal lifestyle.

Phase III - Proactive Maintenance

For people who have successfully completed Phase II and are ready for assistance in long term maintenance of the improved health they have achieved.  This phase involves monitoring your improvement annually by re-evaluating cognitive performance and comprehensive lab evaluations, and fine-tuning your personalized prevention recommendations from those results.  This helps keep you on track for lowering your risk of Alzheimer's, heart attack and stroke as much as possible.  Allowing you to fully engage in your life, instead of worrying about future illness, is the main goal.

Testimonials

I'm doing so much better.  My memory has returned to what I think normal should be for me.  I decided not to sell my duplexes as I am handling them now as easily as I used to.  I've been going through a full house renewal due to the horrendous hail storm last August.  I've managed to follow all the new roof, gutters, new stucco, new windows, new garage doors, new deck with the contractor and problems with the insurance...going to independent appraisers and finally an umpire.

So, thank you Dr. Eads, for getting me on the right path and discovering what was wrong.

~Deborah LaBarre

Just wanted to let you know that I am seeing some improvement with Steve.  He pumped gas today without assistance something he was not able to sequence in about 6 months.  Steve has been so catatonic lately.  Now he is starting to smile and respond to what I am saying.   He made a joke yesterday, and said good night. He just told me he is feeling a little clearer minded.  This is a huge praise because I have not seen any improvement in Steve for quite some time!

I am so grateful and hopeful in the improvements I am seeing!  Thank you so much!

~spouse of Steve Hailes

Thank you thank you for giving me back my brain.  My brain can do Sudoku as before, my normal handwriting returned, I have much less word loss, recall is great, back to normal for me! Thanks to you and your patience and kindness.
